Fruit Frenzy is a vibrant and refreshing fruit salad bursting with natural sweetness and a delightful mix of textures. This incredibly simple yet satisfying dish is perfect for a healthy breakfast, a light snack, a colorful side at brunch, or a guilt-free dessert. It comes together in under 15 minutes!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Gently wash all the fresh fruits under cool running water.
  2. Hull and slice the strawberries.
  3. Halve the green grapes and red grapes.
  4. Peel and slice the kiwi.
  5. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized chunks if not already pre-cut.
  6. Peel and segment the orange, or simply set aside orange juice if using.
  7. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the strawberries, blueberries, green grapes, red grapes, kiwi, and pineapple chunks.
  8. Drizzle the orange segments (or orange juice) over the fruit. This adds a subtle tang and helps prevent browning.
  9. If desired, drizzle with honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness. Gently toss to combine all ingredients without mashing the fruit.
  10. Transfer the Fruit Frenzy to a clear glass serving bowl to showcase its vibrant colors.
  11. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
  12. Serve immediately as a refreshing snack, breakfast, or light dessert. It pairs wonderfully with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
  13. Critical tip: For best results, prepare and serve immediately. If making ahead, store covered in the refrigerator for no more than a few hours to maintain freshness.
